Beatrix brings along a broad leadership experience in multinationals like Mars and Procter & Gamble, where she spent 20 years of her international career and partnered with executives and senior leaders on strategy reinvention and culture transformations based on human insights.
As an experienced team and leadership coach with special certifications in the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method (2017) and Psychological Safety (2025) she is passionate about creating high-performance teams. In her workshops, training programs and personal coaching sessions she supports leaders on their development journey and helps to unlock new ideas and robust strategies to drive change.
Through her work experience in all German-speaking countries (Switzerland, Austria and Germany), she has deep local market knowledge and is well connected across industries in the whole DACH region, which is highly appreciated by her international and local clients in Central Europe.
Beatrix holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Graz. She is based in Zurich, Switzerland and operates as a Trivium partner in Central Europe, including Germany and Austria. She provides workshop facilitation, leadership and team training, and coaching for leaders in German and English
