Per Kristiansen is a partner at Trivium and, as co-developer of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method, he is a globally recognized expert in the method. He supports leaders in strategy, innovation and organizational change.
His focus areas include strategic alignment, culture transformation, and leadership development in complex, international environments. Per works through immersive facilitation and workshop design, helping teams achieve clarity, make better decisions, and build shared commitment.
With over two decades of experience, he has led engagements across Europe, Scandinavia, the Middle East, and South Africa, working with executive teams in pharmaceuticals, software, manufacturing, and logistics.
He is a co-founder of the Association of Master Trainers in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® and has facilitated for clients such as Novo Nordisk, Lundbeck, Franke, and Scurri, driving innovation and strategic alignment. Based in Denmark, Per works in English, Danish, and Italian. He is the co-author of “Building a Better Business with the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method” (Wiley, 2014).
