Beatrix Daros is our partner in the Central Europe region, where she collaborates with executives and senior leaders to embed participatory leadership cultures, (re)define strategies and guide organizations through culture transformations. Through her personal leadership background in a multinational environment, she brings a strong business understanding and growth mindset.
As a team coach, she has a special focus on high-performance leadership development. She delivers various training formats, creative workshop facilitation with the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method, psychological safety assessments and high-performance retreats. Her clients range across all industries and include companies such as Novartis, Calida, SKF, ESCMID or J&J.
Beatrix gained her broad management experience from working in global corporations like Mars and Procter & Gamble, where she spent 20 years of her career and held several local and international leadership roles.
She has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Graz and also spent part of her studies in the UK and the US. Based in Zurich, Beatrix works in English and German.

Her strong expertise in psychological safety, including teaching and measurement, laid the foundation for a high performing team.
