How much is a
LEGO SERIOUS PLAY
workshop?

All our workshops are tailor-made with the primary goal of fitting the specific needs of our diverse range of clients. For this reason we do not operate with standard rate cards, but have a transparent price composition, which is dependent on a set of cost drivers explained below.

All info

For general guidance you can consider a range of CHF 2,200–2,500 as an entry-level workshop price in Switzerland*

The price of a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshop depends on several factors, which we define here as cost drivers. Each cost driver affects the final investment in a different way.

Facilitation Time

Usual time slots for a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshop are 2.5 hours, ½ day, 1 day, 2 days or multiple days split over a longer time horizon (e.g. 3–6 months). The actual facilitation time has a strong impact on the total price for LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshops in Switzerland, Germany and Austria.

Participant Number & Format

Participant number and workshop format determine how many facilitators are needed and how the session is structured. This affects the workshop price for LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® sessions in Switzerland, Germany and Austria.

The facilitation format is determined by the number of participants and the expected outcome of a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® session. We differentiate between:

1. Deep-Dive Workshops:
one facilitator leads a group of up to 12 people through the whole process

2. Large Group Engagement Workshops:
a team of multiple facilitators guides large groups (between 30–300 people) simultaneously through the session

The number of involved facilitators influences the cost for workshops in Switzerland and the DACH region.

Workshop Design & Preparation

We create an individual facilitation roadmap for every single workshop. The design and preparation effort vary based on the complexity of the topic (e.g. basic team alignment vs business strategy reinvention) and the audience profile (e.g. executive workshop vs large business conference). Both aspects impact the workshop pricing.

Facilitator Experience

The seniority level of LEGO SERIOUS PLAY facilitation as well as the personal business background and leadership experience determine the facilitation fee for team development, strategy or organizational change sessions and impact the workshop budget.

Reporting

Workshop documentation is done in accordance with individual client requirements. It ranges from visual material sharing (pictures and videos) to a basic insights summary or detailed output reports. Costs are considered based on the agreed documentation option in the overall budget for our LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshops.

Location

Standard travel expenses will be charged for public transport or hotel overnight stays (if required) for venues far from our Trivium offices.

*Intro session for a group of up to 12 participants. For workshops in other markets (e.g. Austria or Germany), prices are adjusted to local market conditions.
